We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong Python expertise and a deep interest in LLMs, vector search, retrieval systems, and Agentic AI.

You’ll sculpt the future of LLM-driven industrial intelligence: building the foundation for AI agents that understand operations, automate reporting, surface anomalies, and guide decisions in plain language.

Your Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and scale large language models and AI agents tailored to industrial operations and domain data.
Design and implement Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous workflows, decision-making, and tool orchestration to support industrial intelligence use cases.
Develop AI services based on LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architecture.
Integrate with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for scalable similarity search.
Focus on scalability, performance, and optimization of AI solutions across cloud environments, particularly with Azure and AWS.
Collaborate across teams to deploy solutions as scalable APIs or platform features.

What you bring

Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and familiarity with data pipelines and ML frameworks.
Deep understanding of ML & LLMs: algorithms, neural nets, embeddings; prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG; MLOps practices.
Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and Agentic AI design patterns.
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant).
Experience building RAG pipelines (document loaders, chunking, embedding, querying, LLMs).
Understanding of semantic search, similarity scoring, and fine-tuning embeddings.
Familiarity with deploying scalable solutions via Docker/Kubernetes; comfortable working across edge, on-premise, and cloud.
Proficiency in English.

Bonus points for

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience with Java.
Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), or on-prem deployment constraints.
Familiarity with SCADA, PLC systems, logs and unstructured industrial data.
Experience with industrial IoT or operational data.
