We’re looking for a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about engineering and automation to join our AI Platform team and help us push the boundaries of industrial AI.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power our industry-leading product across the entire model lifecycle — from prototyping and training to optimization and monitoring in production environments.

Your Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning pipelines — from data ingestion and feature engineering to model serving and monitoring — ensuring models are production-ready and cost-efficient

Optimize and productionize ML models to run efficiently in cloud, edge, and hybrid industrial environments

Write specifications, documentation, and user guides for developed applications to promote knowledge sharing and reproducibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders — to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Mentor junior and mid-level team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into active projects
What you bring

3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role

Strong experience with Python

Proficiency in SQL

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles
Bonus points for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Familiarity with model governance, versioning, and explainability in production environments
