We are looking for a Software Architect with a strong technical background and a strategic mindset to lead the design of scalable, modular and high-performance software systems.
This role requires hands-on system design with strategic decision-making and close collaboration with engineering, product and data teams to ensure architectural consistency, long-term maintainability and technical excellence.
You will play a key role in shaping the architecture of AIrport—our industrial data management and AI platform—ensuring it remains robust, extensible, and aligned with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

Defining and maintaining the overall software architecture of the AIrport platform, including system components, interfaces, services and deployment models.

Designing and oversee scalable, reliable and secure solutions for industrial and cloud-native environments.

Ensuring adherence to architecture principles, best practices and design patterns.

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Participating in architecture reviews, design sessions and code reviews to ensure quality.
What you bring
-
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in an architectural or lead role.

Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native architectures.

Experience with Git.

Experience with relational databases and ORM systems.

Fluent knowledge of the English language.
Bonus points for

BSc. or MSc. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus), semantic modeling, or IoT/AI platforms is a strong plus.

Experience with a Linux environment is a plus.
